About HECE Cell

The Higher Education and Competitive Examination (HECE) Cell is an augmentation to the training and placement cell. The HECE, as the name suggests help students discover opportunities in going for higher education in India / Abroad. The Cell commenced in the year 2001. It also encourages students to explore opportunities available in government sectors and civil services in India. The cell comprises student office bearers facilitated by faculty advisors. The office bearers are elected every academic year across various departments in the college who carry out the activities during that year.

Preamble of the HECE Cell

• Seminars and workshops are arranged where experts from different institutions in India / Abroad participate.
• Based on the student interest, coaching classes are arranged to help the students in preparing for various higher education and other competitive examinations.
• Faculty advisors help the students to build their profile and write effective Statement of Purpose (SoP).
• Encourage the students to learn foreign language and arrange classes in the campus.
